Demos and the validation protocol carry no fee, so there is nothing to refund.

Paid work

Paid work is agreed in a written quotation or contract that sets out the deliverables and stages. Where that document differs from this page, the document applies.

Cancellation before work starts

You may cancel paid work in writing before site work or analysis has started and receive a full refund of any amount paid.

Cancellation after work starts

If you cancel after work has started, we refund the amount paid less the value of the stages already delivered and the costs already incurred, such as travel booked for a site visit.

If something is wrong

If a delivered report does not match the agreed scope, tell us in writing within 14 days of delivery. We will correct it or, if we cannot, refund the fee for that report.

How to request

Email info@anatolit.com with your company name and invoice number. We reply within 14 days, and approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.
