What we collect

When you request a demo: your name, company, country, work email and any note you write. When you email or call us: the content of that correspondence. When you visit the website: anonymous, aggregated usage statistics (pages viewed, referring site, device type), collected without cookies.

Why we use it

To reply to your request and arrange a demo (steps taken at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interests); to run and improve the website (legitimate interests); and to meet our legal obligations.

Who receives it

Our hosting provider (Vercel), our email delivery provider (Resend) and the provider of our mailboxes (Google Workspace), acting as processors on our instructions. Some of them process data outside the United Kingdom and Türkiye; where they do, appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses apply. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Demo requests and related correspondence: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a contract follows. Website statistics: in aggregated form only.

Your rights

Under the UK GDPR, and under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) where it applies, you may ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, object to or restrict its use, and ask for a copy. Write to info@anatolit.com. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) or, in Türkiye, to the Personal Data Protection Authority (kvkk.gov.tr).
