Who we are

This website is operated by ANATOLIT LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17429759, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom (“ANATOLIT”, “we”). Contact: info@anatolit.com.

What we provide

We develop and sell measurement and analysis software for quarry and mining operators. Our pre-cut measurement service photographs the visible quarry face, records the visible discontinuities read on a tape along it, and compares cutting plans against rules supplied by the operator.

Demos and validation protocol

Demos and the validation protocol described on this website carry no fee and create no obligation to buy. Any paid work is carried out only under a written quotation or contract that sets out its scope, price and payment terms.

Nature of the results

Reports are decision support. They are based on the visible surface of the rock and on the rules and measurements supplied to us, and they assume that visible discontinuities continue into the rock as planes. The decision to cut, and how to cut, remains with the operator. We do not guarantee the volume, quality or saleability of any block.

Your data

Photographs, models, measurements and reports relating to your site are treated as confidential. We use them to produce your reports and to validate our software, and we do not disclose them to third parties except where required by law or with your written consent. Personal data is handled as set out in our Privacy policy.

Intellectual property

The software, the website and the report formats remain the property of ANATOLIT. Reports delivered to you may be used freely within your organisation.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any paid work is limited to the fees paid for that work, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of production or profit.

Payments

Where paid work is agreed, invoices are issued by ANATOLIT LTD. Payment may be made by bank transfer or by card through our payment providers. Cancellation and refunds are covered by our Refunds and cancellation policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you have where you are based.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page, with its date, applies.
